In case of an out-of-stock product:
A non-stock product has an estimated delivery time on the product page that you can find just below the price.(see photo) This means that this variant was ordered on demand from our suppliers. As soon as the product has been received by us, you will automatically receive an update by e-mail with your track & trace code of the package. Please wait for the message from the delivery service before contacting us to avoid delays.
